圆形中空钢冷却制度:
半连轧车间根据现有的工艺及设备条件,采用空冷方式冷却。中空钢轧后快冷容易造成硬度超标及内部组织不均匀,所以,我们钢材在冷床上要每个面冷却均匀。这样不仅能达到硬度均匀,而且不容易产生弯曲,避免矫直而造成内部组织损伤,影响钎杆的使用寿命。同时对冷床区域进行封闭,减少空气对流,合理控制轧制节奏,使冷却区域气氛保持在一定的范围,保证均匀性。并能够根据轧制不同的钢种,采用不同的冷却工艺制度而达到不同的硬度要求。轧制硬度控制范围为HRC30～44。
