Hexagonal hollow steel


Rough rolling.A special hollow steel extension hole system is used on the a500 mm ×2 rolling mill. It is rolled 9 times in the a500 unit, and the intermediate billet is rolled out into the continuous rolling mill to roll hollow steel of different specifications.

Taking rolling H22, ZK95CrMo as an example, the proposed rolling process is as follows:

1. Rough rolling.A special hollow steel extension hole system is used on the a500 mm ×2 rolling mill. It is rolled 9 times in the a500 unit, and the intermediate billet is rolled out into the continuous rolling mill to roll hollow steel of different specifications.

2. Continuous rolling mill unit.Using a flat-vertical alternating hole system, all specifications are produced in a vertical rolling mill.Special hollow steel hole-shaped rollers are used for continuous rolling, and corresponding rolling stages are equipped according to different varieties and specifications of rolling. Among them, 14 frames of H22 hollow steel are used for continuous rolling to produce finished products.

3. Continuous rolling control.The medium-rolling mill adopts micro-tension control, and the tension coefficient should be less than 1%.The finishing mill adopts 8 sets of looper control. According to the different types and specifications of the rolled steel, different sleeve height adjustments are adopted. The height of the looper is controlled in the range of 100 to 300 mm. At the same time, different sleeve widths are also adopted to control the curvature of the material type in the looper to achieve stable tension-free rolling.
